Uh, this provides notice of a quorum and in accordance with the open meeting. Law of this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as live streamed on the MMTV website and available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's meetings portal. So, without objection, I'll open the floor for public comment. This is the section of the meeting where anybody from the public can come forward to speak on the items on this agenda.
