▶ 9:59 Mark Garipay: Good evening. It is seven 15 on Monday, September 23rd. And this is a meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee. I'm Councilor Garipay, the chair. Joining me tonight are, um, voting members, vice Chair Stewart, um, counselor Ro, counselor Hamilton and counselor OBR Reky. Also joining me are, um, non-voting members, um, counselor Chetty and Counselor Vandiver. This meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MMTV and will be available online on the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. Um, at this time, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Seeing no objections, public comment is now open.
