▶ 0:01 Manjula Karamcheti: Good evening. It's September 23rd, 2024. This is the meeting of the Health Education and Welfare Committee. I am Counselor Carm Chaney, the chair. Joining me tonight are Counselor Hamilton, counselor Romanul, and non-voting members, counselor Repay and Stewart.

▶ 0:23 Manjula Karamcheti: This also provides notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the Open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as live streamed through mtv.org. This meeting will be available for, excuse me, for future viewing through the City of Melrose website meeting portal As well, we are moving on to the public comment portion of this meeting. This is a time where any member of the public may speak to any items on our agenda. The committee doesn't engage in back and forth dialogue at this time, but we will listen to what each individual has to say.
