▶ 0:02 Ryan Williams: Good evening, everyone. Oh, that's very loud. Today is Monday, November 18th, 2024. This is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the City, council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined today by voting members, counselors Kim Vandiver and Devin Romanul, and also by non-voting members, counselors, ward Hamilton and Mark Repe. And this serves as a notice of a quorum for the record. So the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast by our partners at mtv, as well as live streamed on their website, attv three.org. Um, I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment. I see no objections. Public comment is now open. We have one item on the agenda tonight for the Legal and Legislative Committee. It's the Food Truck Ordinance Ordinance to 2024 dash five requesting an amendment to the Melrose Code of Ordinances and adoption of a city council licensing an application process to address food truck operations within the city of Melrose. Uh, do we have anybody online that wants to speak? We do not. Okay. Nobody's online. Nobody's in the room. A motion by unanimous consent to close public comment.
