This is a notice of a quorum. And for the record, uh, this is a notice of a quorum for the record. And therefore, the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast by our partners at MM TV and live streamed on their website@mmtvthree.org. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment and seeing no objections. Public comment is now open. Do we have anybody online?
