I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members, councilor Mayan, Jamal Ledine, councilor Devin Romanul. And, uh, president Lila Melli Exofficio. This is a notice of a quorum. And for the record, uh, this is a notice of a quorum for the record. And therefore, the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.
