▶ 5:22 Kimberly Vandiver: Good evening. It is seven 15 Monday, December 2nd. And this is a meeting of the Public Works Committee. I am Councilor Vandiver, the chair. Joining me today are Vice Chair Hamilton and voting members, counselors, Kara Chetty and Garipay, and Member Exofficio, president Meli. We are also joined by non-voting members, counselors, Stewart Aldine, Romanul Williams, and Pinocchio. This provides notice of the quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel MMTV. It'll be available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's website@cityofmelrose.org. The public comment portion of the meeting is where any member of the public may speak to items on the agenda at this time, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Seeing no objections, we are now in public comment. Is there anyone here to speak regarding the item on our agenda tonight? See no one in the room. Um, Madam Clerk, is there anyone online? There's not. No one in line at this time. Uh, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I'll now close the public comment portion of our meeting. Public comment is now closed since we do have members of the administration and, uh, petitioners here tonight to speak on the items before us. I motion by unanimous consent to suspend Rule 37 B before we proceed. Seeing no objection, rule 37 B is now suspended tonight. We have one order before us.
