I'm Councilor Gar, the chair joining me are voting members of Vice Chair Stewart, councilor re reky, um, and President Meli Orelli. Also joining us on non-voting members, counselor KA Shady. This meeting of the Protection Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MTV and will be available online on the city website, www.cityofnorris.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with the unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Seeing, uh, no objections. Public comment is now open. As a reminder, this is a portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak to the item on our agenda in person or remotely.
