She and her, the chair and joining me are, uh, tonight are voting members, vice Chair Romanul councilors, RO gpe, van Devin, and President CLE Lee Exofficio for the non-boarding members, um, counselor Hamilton Kace of Brosky Williams and Stewart. This serves as notice of Quorum for the record and in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV, uh, for the, um, public comment portion. Uh, now I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, public comment is now open. And this is the portion, uh, of the meeting where anyone from the public can come forward and speak on any item on the agenda for tonight.
