At this time, I'll motion by unanimous consent to approve the, without reading the minutes of the October 6th, 2025, uh, appropriation and oversight meeting. So you, no objections. Those minutes are now approved. Um, moving on to public comment. Uh, I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment.
