▶ 8:50 Kimberly Vandiver: The time is seven 17 on Monday, January 27th, 2025. This is a meeting of the Boards and Commissions Committee. Melrose has over 25 active boards and commissions. If you're interested in being considered for an appointment, you may send a letter of interest and resume to the mayor's office. I am Councilor Vandiver, the committee chair. Joining me tonight are Vice Chair Karm, chay and VO voting members, counselors, Jamine Stewart, uh, and Stewart, and President Melli Exofficio. We also are joined by non-voting member Councillor Williams. This serves as a notice of Quorum for the record in Accord in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objections, we are in public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where the public may speak on any item on tonight's agenda. Comments expressing any viewpoint on other matters are also welcome seeing no one present, uh, in the room. Madam Clerk, is anyone present online? Do we still have? Thank you.
