▶ 1:34:17 Kimberly Vandiver: Good evening. The time is 8:40 PM on Monday, February 10th, 2025. This is a meeting of the Boards and Commissions committee. Melrose has over 25 active boards and commissions, and if you're considered, um, interested in being considered for an appointment, you may send a letter of interest in a resume to the mayor's office. I am Councilor Vandiver, the committee chair. Joining me tonight are Vice Care, vice Chair Karam Shady and voting members, councilors, Occhio, Jamine Stewart, and President Elli Ex-Officio. We're also joined by non-voting ME members, counselors Hamilton, um, Ramal, uh, and, and Reky. Um, this serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objections, we are now in public comment. Is there anyone from the public wishing to speak on any item on tonight's agenda or express a viewpoint on other matters?
