▶ 1:59 Speaker 4: Sure. Good evening, uh, members of the council. My name is Sean Beagan. I'm an attorney in Medford. I'm representing, uh, George and Carol Sala. Uh, they will, they're under contract currently to purchase the Toms, uh, gas station up on Upham Street. Uh, Carol's family has been in the, uh, business for decades. She, herself has over two decades of experience working at gas stations, uh, specifically over in Medford, uh, just outside of Medford Square. Uh, and they're very excited to make this purchase and, and, uh, move forward and, uh, bring some new energy to that spot and, uh, get it cleaned up a little bit. And, uh, looks forward to serving the Melrose community. They're both, uh, are residents of, uh, Stoneham. So they're close by. I think Carol's gonna be doing most of the day-to-day management over there. Yes.
