This is a joint public hearing of the Melrose City Council in the Melrose Planning Board, I am Mark Ape, the Chair of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. I'm joined next to me by Greg Sampson, the chairperson of the Planning Board. We are also joined by other council members, and I'm gonna ask the clerk to take the role. Mm-hmm.
