▶ 1:36:00 Speaker 2: Alright. So we have, um, three groups of, uh, doc, uh, pieces in front of us tonight. Uh, we, we'll return first to JJF policy. This would be our, uh, second vote on this after an informational reading. The policy has been updated based upon our vote at our last committee meeting in particular. Uh, the changes that were included are around our process at the school committee for reviewing the accounts and any information that the district provides about annual reviews of those accounts in years when there is not an audit. So you'll see that in the main paragraph, uh, at the top of this policy. Uh, but, um, all the changes that we've talked about through the process have been incorporated as we've looked at this and updated it. And, um, at this point, we would be open for a second vote if there's a motion or if there's any questions, Mr. Koll, motion to approve. And is there second from Mr. Kelly? Any questions or comments?
