▶ 2:56 Mark Garipay: At this time I will motion by unanimous consent to approve without reading the, the minutes of the February 10th, 2025 appropriation and oversight meeting. Seeing no objections, those, uh, minutes are now approved. Now we will go on to, um, our agenda, which is, first up we have ID 1 12 4 5 3, and appropriation from capital stabilization in the amount of $52,000 to the DPW facilities to upgrade switchgear components at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School. For the purpose of safety and code compliance, we have Director Proa Aass
