I am President Meli, um, proceeding over the meeting tonight in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. This meeting is being broadcast and recorded by Melrose Cable Access tv, and will be available for viewing in its entirety on MMTV and through the city website Link. Pursuant to current allowances, under open meeting law enacted under chapter two of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by Governor Heal Healy on March 29th, 2023. City Counselor, um, Maya Jammal is participating in this meeting tonight via remote participation on the city's Zoom platform. Because of Councilor Jammal, Dean's remote participation, all votes are taken by roll call. Please remember to speak clearly into the microphone so she's able to hear.
