We have first, uh, thing on our agenda orders, uh, order amends section 48 dash six, regular meetings to change the full council meeting, uh, dates in February and in April, uh, to the first and fourth Monday of each month. And, uh, this was filed by President Elli. Um, I will, uh, give, uh, the floor for President Elli. Just a point of clarification. Is it from February to April? Uh, or

▶ 12:16 Leila Migliorelli: February and April During February and April. So, um, thank you Madam Chair. I had filed this order, um, as you'll see to update, actually, it's not updating our rules of order, although that might have to happen subsequently. Um, this is actually in, um, in an administrative, um, section of our, uh, ordinances or charter. Um, and so in section 48 6, it governs when we have our meetings, which are the first and third Mondays of every month. Um, and then except for July and August, when we just meet once a month on the third Monday. And, um, except for also elections, when we have meetings, um, following, doing, uh, that occur the following Monday after that Tuesday election. And then also when Mondays, um, are holidays, meetings tend to happen on Tuesdays. But the, what I've noticed over the last, um, this being my sixth year serving on the council is that, um, for those of us who, and many of us do have, um, children in the school system, February and April, um, are school vacation weeks, always the, the, um, third Monday of those two months. Um, and so not only for us, but for a lot of our constituents are away. So rather than holding our full council meetings on that, what would be the Tuesday? 'cause that Monday of those two weeks is a holiday. I'm suggesting that we amend this, um, administrative code to, uh, have our final meeting of the, of the month beyond the fourth Monday instead of the third. So hopefully that is clear.
