Historically, the Department of Public Works has employed, uh, local students, both high school and college, uh, in the public works to perform various tasks in the parks, cemeteries, our buildings. Um, this, uh, order in front of you for consideration will fund approximately 20 positions for the 10 weeks in the summertime. We've already started, uh, taking applications. I think we have more this year than we've ever had already, and it's only been out there publicized for, for approximately a week. So it's a vital, vital and critical component for what we do over the course of the summer and gives, uh, these students an opportunity to have some sort of a tangible input into the product that we try to deliver, especially over the course of the summer. I know many young people who have participated in this program and have had extremely valuable experiences. Um, so I was actually very excited to see this, um, for free cash because I think our youth don't always have so many opportunities to have that real world experience, um, and to have on the job training and just really appreciate it.
