Uh, this is an annual housekeeping order to fund the deficit that we, uh, realize in snow and ice. Uh, this year, uh, the snow and ice deficit is $250,000. A lot of factors went into that, including few storms, but several sand salt events to treat the roads cost to maintain our vehicles and our equipment has gone up. And the fact that we do most of this now in-house, uh, we realize, uh, an overage in the, uh, overtime line item. Uh, we did save money on our contractors this year, which was, uh, fantastic, and which is minimizing, uh, the request tonight. Uh, happy to answer any questions, but it's a fairly straightforward and, uh, annual request that we have, uh, facing you. Thank you.
