▶ 38:28 Mark Garipay: No one on, uh, no one online. If there's no objection, I'll motion by unanimous consent to close the public comment portion of the meeting onto minutes. At this time, I'll motion by unanimous consent to approve without reading the minutes of the March 24th, 2025 appropriation and oversight meeting. Seeing no objections, these minutes are now approved. We are moving right along to the agenda. We have a lot of items on the agenda tonight for appropriations, um, for ease. I'm gonna take items out of order as we go along, as we have speakers up here. So they're not gonna be coming up and down from the table. Um, just, uh, wanna let the committee know in advance.
