▶ 59:18 Ward Hamilton: Madam President. On April 15th, and I'll be very brief, I promise. On April 15th, the water and sewer committee held its annual nighttime, uh, meeting. It was well attended by members of the public. And as mentioned, uh, previously, water and sewer rates will not be going up this year because the water and sewer enterprise funds are healthy. Um, and when the water and sewer Committee comes before this body in the near future, we'll present to you, uh, our findings after spending the last year examining the various discount programs that we offer.
