Also joining me tonight is Vice Chair Jamine, uh, councilor Romanul and Council Ver and Councilor Stewart and President Elli. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with, um, the Open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. Also pursuant to, um, current allowances under the Open Meeting Law and Enact under chapter two of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by the governor, by Governor Healy on March 29th, 2023. City Councilor Modular Chedi is gonna be participating in this meeting, uh, tonight remotely via the city's Zoom platform.
