I'm joined by President MRE Exofficio, as well as committee members. Uh, councilors repay Councillor Stewart and Councillor Occhio. Oh, uh, excuse me. Councillor Stewart is a non-voting member. I apologize. Um, in accordance with the, uh, this serves as notice of record for the quorum in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is broadcast and recorded live on MMTV. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we are now open for public comment.
