▶ 36:13 Mark Garipay: Good evening. The time is 8, 8 10 on Thursday, May 15th. This is a joint public hearing of the Melrose City Council and the Melrose Planning Board. I'm Mark Ape, the chair of, um, appropriations and oversight. I'm joined by Greg Sampson, who is the chair of the planning board. We are also joined tonight by, uh, vice chair of appropriations, Jamal Ledine, counselor, uh, Williams, Hamilton Chetty, Reky, Stewart, Vandiver Al, um, RO and President Elli.
