This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open Meeting law. This me, uh, meeting is being recorded live, um, broadcast live on MMTV. Um, I will motion by Unanim consent to open the floor for public comment. So you no objections. The floor is now open for public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where anyone in the public may speak to anything on our agenda. Comments, expressing any viewpoint on other matters are also welcome.
