▶ 41:14 Devin Romanul: Good evening. The time is 7:25 PM on Monday, August 18th, 2025. This is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee. My name is Devin Romanul. I'm the vice chair of this committee, substituting for chair Jamal Dean. I'm also joined tonight by, uh, voting members Gar Vandiver and President Melli and non-voting members, Williams Hamilton, Karachi, and Reky. Um, this serves as a notice for the quorum in accordance with open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. If there are no objections, the minutes from Thursday, uh, excuse me, the July 21st meeting will be approved as presented. Seeing no objection, those minutes are now approved. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment.
