I am, uh, the chair of this committee. Joining me tonight are members GPE Hamilton Vandiver, and President Elli, as well as non-voting members, Williams and Karen Shady. This serves as the notice of Quorum for the record in accordance with the Open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we're now open for public comment.
