Joining me tonight is Vice Chair Jamal Ledine and members, uh, Ramal Hamilton Machete, uh, FANUC Chiro Vandiver Stewart, and, um, president, uh, exofficio Amli early. This serves as a notice of a quorum in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded live, uh, and broadcast live on MMTV. I will motion by unanimous consent to actually let's go to minutes. Um, I will, uh, at this time I will motion by unanimous consent to, to approve the Appropriation Oversight Minutes Committee, uh, meeting minutes from August 18th, 2025 at, uh, 7:00 PM uh, seeing no objections. Those minutes are now approved. Uh, moving on to public comment, I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objections, public comment, portion of the meeting is now open. Uh, this is a portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak on any item on tonight's agenda. Comments expressing any viewpoint or other matters are also welcome. Is there anyone in the gallery that would like to speak tonight on anything on our agenda?
