This serves as notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. Uh, first item on our agenda is to approve the committee's, uh, minutes from, uh, August 18th, 2025. I'll motion by unanimous consent to approve those minutes. Seeing no objection, those minutes are approved. All right. Um, next up is, um, unanimous consent. I'll motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment.
