I'm pleased to be joined by Vice Chair Guiro counselors, Gar Pay, Hamilton Migli and non-voting member and vandiver and non-voting members, uh, Williams and Stewart. This serves as notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. Uh, first item on our agenda is to approve the committee's, uh, minutes from, uh, August 18th, 2025. I'll motion by unanimous consent to approve those minutes. Seeing no objection, those minutes are approved. All right.
