Councilor Romanul stated that this comes to us from the Appropriations and Oversight Committee with a recommendation Not for passage. However, given the new terms and the aforementioned approved agreement (the Mayor has submitted an updated determination for our July 20th meeting), I make a motion to approve the revised written discrimination for this order submitted on July 14th, 2026.
