This evening, we're also joined by Vice Chair Vandiver, Councilors Chen, Finocchiaro, Jamaleddine, Karamcheti, Kowal, Obremski, Park, Williams, and President Freeman. This constitutes a notice of quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law, this meeting is being broadcast live on MMTV. At this time, I'll now motion by unanimous consent to approve without reading the minutes from our most recent meeting on July 9th.
