▶ 0:01 Devin Romanul: All right. Hey everybody. Good evening. The time is 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 9th, 2026. This is a meeting of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. My name is Devin Romanul. I will be chairing this evening. Also joining us are Vice Chairs Vandiver, Counselors Chen, Finocchiaro, Jamaleddine, Kowal, Park, Williams, and President Freeman, ex officio. For the members of the public, we have two city counselors that will be participating remotely, so we cannot operate by unanimous consent, so we'll be taking roll call votes for all those annoying little procedural items that we have to do. So, thank you for your patience in advance. First order of business, we have the approval of the minutes for our most recent Appropriations and Oversight Committee on June 29th, 2026.
