This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law- This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. And for those in the viewing audience, we have a member joining us remotely, so we will be taking all of our votes via roll call this evening. Thanks for joining, Councilor Chen.
