The May 19th meeting minutes were removed from the Consent Agenda. Upon request from Ms. Driscoll, the minutes were amended to say "current three-year strategic plan" under the strategic plan section and to add the word "process" to summer strategic planning. Report: Superintendent's Evaluation Chair Kelley reported that the Superintendent had submitted her self-assessment. He asked all Committee members to submit their evaluations to him by July 15th so he could assemble a composite review that reflects the viewpoints of the full Committee to be shared at the July meeting. 2. Report: Rolling Agenda Chair Kelley presented the Rolling Agenda, noting that meeting dates in September and 7 October may need to be adjusted to align with holiday schedules affecting the City Council meetings. 3. ▶ 1:34:24 Speaker 1: superintendent's evaluation. She has submitted her self-assessment. It's a little different than maybe what we would've had a few years back. But she's done her self-assessment for everybody. You can go to the DESE rubric and see how that all plays together. What I'd like to do is bring it before the committee at our meeting in July, at the end of July, where we would vote on her evaluation. So if you could all, I hate to assign out homework, but if I could get people's evaluations to me by say, I don't know, July 15th, maybe that would work. If that works for everybody. If for whatever reason you can't, please let me know. You can just reach out to me, and we can talk about that. Any questions on that? Okay. And what I'll do is I'll put together a composite review, and make sure that we have something that reflects everyone's viewpoint in a composite way. Also have updated the rolling agenda, which you'll see here. I did notice, it has been pointed out to me, that we have a couple of meetings that we're likely going to have to move around in September, and probably also in October, due to holidays that impacts the city council's calendar. So I've already talked to Ms. O'Connor. We're going to start figuring out what changes we have to make around those. And then we'll move into outreach reports.
