I am Councilor Vanderberg, the committee chair. Also joining me tonight are Vice Chair Kowal, Councilor Chen, Councilor Park. Councilor President Ex Officio Freeman, and we're also joined by non-voting member, Councilor Romanul. I will now motion by unanimous consent-- Oh, and this serves as a notice of quorum for the record. In accordance with the Open Meeting Law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV.
