▶ 34:50 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: Very good. Unless there's further discussion, do I have a motion for approval? Made by Ms. Holleran, seconded by Ms. Rossi-Thomas. Seeing no discussion, all in favor? Opposed? That motion carries unanimously with three absent. And secondly and finally, under policy and planning, the strategic plan. This item was on the agenda for the last meeting. Superintendent Berman has provided a strategic plan update memo in the packet indicating what will come next. And while we had originally thought that we would be having a different kind of discussion at this meeting, it was clear that having the leadership team have a lot of discussion and consideration around what this might look like for the future will certainly produce a product that is better for our consideration, and also more inclusive of ideas and comments that the group may have. So unless there's a burning question, it's here for your information with the next agenda containing more substantive information based on what happens over the next week and beyond. With that, we will move on to educational programs and personnel. Ms. Rossi-Thomas.
