▶ 16:24 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: Seeing none, is there a motion for approval? So moved. Motion made by Ms. Holleran, seconded by Ms. Rossi-Thomas. All in favor? Opposed? That motion carries unanimously with three absent. Next on our agenda is the finance and facilities subcommittee. First on that agenda is a vote on the monthly budget summary grants and revolving accounts. So through the superintendent to Mr. Kelly, would you like to provide an update, please?
▶ 16:51 Speaker 6: Sure. Thanks so much. So you have the year-to-date budget report. Spent most of today looking at starting to encumber our bigger bargaining unit
▶ 17:02 Speaker 7: salaries. You also have the grant report, as well as the offsets, and then we have our revenue from July that we booked. So I'd be happy to answer any questions you have on those three reports.

▶ 17:49 Speaker 6: Typically, that's usually over the Labor Day weekend. I can ask. I haven't had a formal confirmation on what date, but in the past, they've usually
▶ 17:56 Speaker 7: tried to use that weekend, as it is a multi-day process to get FY26 rolled and then FY27 to be the current fiscal year.
▶ 18:04 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: Great. That would be very helpful just to give us a sense of when you're going to be in effect starting clean and ready to go, and hopefully can put one of the three years you are working on continuously behind you and move on.
