At this time, I'll motion by unanimous consent to approve without reading the minutes for our most recent meeting on Monday, August 10th. Seeing no objection, those minutes are now approved. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we are now open for public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where members of the public may comment on any items on tonight's agenda, and comments on other viewpoints or other matters not on the agenda are also welcome.
