▶ 2:53:48 Speaker 13: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. As the members know, for the past several fiscal years, the city of Melrose has joined the town of Redding in a regional health department. Recently, the town of Reading decided to go in a different direction. They're hiring a full-time health agent, I believe is the position title, in Reading, which no longer necessitates a regional health agreement between Reading and Melrose. However, Reading still has the need for limited services to be provided by the incumbent Melrose senior health inspector. She would be, in accordance with the agreement that's in front of you, she would be performing restaurant plan review services for the town of Reading. And based upon the arrangement that we have recently culminated with Redding, they would continue to pay 20% of the senior health inspector's salary. So that comes to approximately $13,482.45.
