▶ 3:32 Speaker 2: the nominated president to the roster i i want to thank you all very much i appreciate your support and it is i consider it to be an honor to preside over this board i take my role seriously this year it's my intention to try to make sure that we continue to have civil discourse relative to all orders uh that we hear from all aldermen on all issues uh i'm going to continue to try to the best that i can uh to make sure that people watching us at home uh understand what we're talking about although i'm not sure we always understand what we're talking about um and i look forward to uh to a good year i'm sure we'll we'll face some challenges but uh i do want to thank you all very much for allowing me the privilege of uh presiding over the board for another year thank you very much thank you i'd like to make a motion to open the floor for
