▶ 1:04:57 Scott M. Forbes: Alderman Forbes. Yes, Mr. President, I'd like to remove Order No. 2016-120 from the table.

▶ 1:05:04 Speaker 1: Alderman Forbes moves to remove that order from the table. The motion is seconded by Alderman Mortimer. Is there any discussion on the motion? People, I think, are confused when we take orders from the table and frequently return them to the table. And under our rules, we have to take action on an order which is on the table, otherwise it will expire and not be a viable order for future meetings. So, for any people who are puzzled by our doing that, that's the rationale for it.
