▶ 10:40 Christopher Cinella: Good evening. Welcome to the December 6th City Council meeting time is 745. My name is Councillor Chris Sonella. Pursuant to an act extending certain COVID-19 measures signed by Governor Baker on June 16th. He extended the remote meeting provisions of his March 12th executive order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law. This meeting of the City Council will be conducted via remote participation.
