▶ 1:32 Bradley Freeman: Thank you. And before we begin tonight, I just want to give folks in the audience a little sense of how this will work tonight. We're going to approve our minutes, open public comment, which is an opportunity for anyone in the public to speak on any item they want. At the conclusion of public comment, the council's going to go into executive session, which means we will need to clear the chamber for about 30 minutes, and then we'll resume the rest of the agenda following that. So, I appreciate your patience. At this time, I'll entertain a motion to approve the minutes from the June 1st, 2026 meeting.
