▶ 25:33 Speaker 1: Good Evening and welcome to Finance and Facilities for tonight. We have a few things on the agenda. Um, first of all, I wanna thank the superintendent and Mr. Kelly for putting together this, the spreadsheet for 2025 budget. The beginning of building that out. It's really, really, I got to look at it a little bit today. It's really helpful. It's a very easy user format, you know, with all the different tabs. And so thanks. I'm, I can't imagine how many, uh, hours of work that was. Yeah, it was a, a template that, um, superintendent ERO had, um, used prior. Um, very readable, very straightforward. Um, and that just, that that's still a working document. That's something that's not a finalized number, just so everyone's aware that that's something that we're, we're working and, um, you know, we have a lot of our, our, um, known costs encumbered, but there's still a few things that we're, we're, you know, we've had some longevity, uh, uh, numbers that we're still finalizing. So there's still some, could be some, some changes to that. But that's the template and format that we'd like to go forward with. And so it's also got the correct increase in salaries based on the collective bargaining agreement too. That Is correct. So that's good for the city to start to begin to figure out how to budget for, correct. Right. Okay. Yep. Um, I know that's not officially on this part of the agenda, but I really wanted to thank you. So we are looking also at special education expense summary, um, which we've been getting about every month now almost. Um, as well as the monthly reports of the budget summary grants revolving accounts. Um, we don't need a vote on the special education expense summary. Um, does anyone have any questions for Mr. Kelly or the superintendent regarding that? The memo from Carrie Berman and you Mr. Kelly?

▶ 27:17 Speaker 1: Nope. We're seeing what we're seeing in terms of the rise in costs both tuition and transportation. Yep. That's, we've, we've seen the 14% OSD increases as, as we had anticipated. Transportation continues to be, uh, um, you know, an ongoing, um, critical concern.
