Seeing no objections, those minutes are now approved. Now we will move on to public comment. I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objections, we are now open for public comment, seeing as there's nobody here in public, in the public and there's no one online. I will now motion by unanimous consent to close public comment you've
