She, other residents and the condo association have contacted the city upwards of 30 times since the construction started and enforcement has been sporadic. There were no comments via Zoom

▶ 0:03 Devin Romanul: The time is 18:03 on Thursday, June 11th, 2026. This is a meeting of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. My name is Devin Romanhill, I am the chair. Also joining me this evening are Vice Chair Vandiver, Councilors Chen, Jamaloodeen, Karamcheti, Kowal, Park, and Williams. This serves as a notice of quorum for the record. In accordance with our open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to approve the minutes without reading from our most recent meetings on June 4th, our water and sewer hearing on June 4th, and our public budget hearing on June 4th. Seeing no objection, those minutes are now approved. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, our floor is open for public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where members of the public may come and speak on any items on tonight's agenda. Do we have any folks in the audience? All right.
