Also joining me this evening are Vice Chair Vandiver, Councilors Chen, Jamaloodeen, Karamcheti, Kowal, Park, and Williams. This serves as a notice of quorum for the record. In accordance with our open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMTV. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to approve the minutes without reading from our most recent meetings on June 4th, our water and sewer hearing on June 4th, and our public budget hearing on June 4th.
