▶ 0:06 Kimberly Vandiver: Hello, everyone. Good evening. The time is 6:03 PM on Thursday, June 4th. This is a meeting of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. I'm Councilor Vandiver, the committee vice chair. Also joining me tonight are Councilors Park, Jamaleddine, Kowal, Abramski, Chen, Finocchiaro, Williams, Karamcheti, Councilor Romanul joining remotely, and President Freeman ex officio. This serves as a notice of quorum for the record, and in accordance with the open meeting law, tonight's meeting is being broadcast and recorded by MMTV. We have a very full agenda tonight, so I just want to remind people up front that we do have a limit on five minutes per person for public comment, and we have three rules that address the amount of time that councilors may speak per topic, which we can get to if needed. At this time, I will motion for approval of the minutes from the June 1st hearing.
